At the recently concluded Tokyo International Anime Fair, it was revealed that classic super robot anime series, Gaiking, will soon have a Hollywood movie adaptation.
The adaptation will be headed by Jules Urbach and directed by Matthew Gratzner, both of whom are big names in the CG industry in Hollywood, with Jules handling the effects in the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and Matthew being involved with “The Dark Knight” and “Iron Man“, to name but a few.

Both promised that the movie will return to its anime roots for the storyline, possibly a jab at a certain transforming robot movie adaptation that heavily relies on CG animation and little else.

Gaiking Movie , Demon Dragon of the Heavens Gaiking (大空魔竜ガイキング, Daikū Maryū Gaikingu, Merupakan Anime lawas produksi dari Toei Animation . Pada Masa kecil saya anime Gaiking ini diputar di stasiun TV Indonesia dan sangat populer di zaman-nya. Pada tahun 2005 anime ini sempat di remake dengan banyak perubahan sehingga sangat berbeda dari anime aslinya.

Polat atau Polat Alemdar adalah nama tokoh sentral dalam film serial baru itu yang berperan sebagai agen mata-mata. Anak-anak muda Turki kini sedang mengidolakan tokoh Polat yang mereka sebut sebagai “James Bond”nya Turki.

Ozdener mengatakan, di film terbarunya ia ingin mengungkap sejarah apa sebenarnya yang terjadi di Palestina. Ia memandang konflik di Palestina sebagai “contoh yang tepat dari target-target kaum imperialis.”

Orhan Tekelioglu, seorang akademisi yang sudah menulis resesi film “The Valley of the Volves: Palestine” menyatakan, film itu menjadi film alternatif yang menceritakan apa yang sedang terjadi saat ini. “Film itu dengan simpel ingin mengatakan bahwa Turki kini sedang dibawah tekanan dua kekuatan asing, yang pertama AS, yang kedua Israel,” tulis Orhan. Iron Man 2 Movie Trailer and Spoiler

Now the question at hand – will Iron Man 2 is OK for kids? The first Iron Man movie was great and a lot of guys have seen, including my son, who I think has now seen five times. It is a very violent movie with lots of guns and bombs and death implied. There are branches cut as I can remember, and had an M rating in Australia. There was no sexual content clear, nudity and outside, as I said, none of the limbs.
