Pada Kamis 1 Juli 1965, sepasukan tentara dari Komando Operasi Tertinggi (KOTI) menangkap kakak beradik Tony, Yon, dan Yok Koeswoyo dan mengurung mereka di LP Glodok, kemudian Nomo Koeswoyo atas kesadaran sendiri, datang menyusul. Adik Alm Tony Koeswoyo itu rupanya memilih “mangan ora mangan kumpul” ketimbang berpisah dari saudara-saudara tercinta.
